Victor Balsarick serves as Vice President of Mission Critical at Royal Electric Company, where he leads the operational growth and delivery of hyperscale data center, AI infrastructure, and advanced manufacturing programs.
With more than two decades of experience in complex electrical construction, Victor has helped lead and support projects ranging from $20 million to over $500 million in value. His background includes medium-voltage distribution, large-scale duct bank infrastructure, mission critical facilities, advanced manufacturing facilities, industrial facilities, hospitals, and the integration of prefabrication strategies that improve safety, efficiency, and schedule certainty.
Victor began his career in the field, developing a deep respect for the craft and the people who perform the work. That foundation continues to shape his leadership style today. Known for building strong teams and structured systems, he focuses on aligning preconstruction planning, workforce strategy, QA/QC processes, commissioning coordination, and financial discipline to create predictable, well-executed outcomes.
A U.S. Navy veteran, Victor brings a disciplined and service-oriented mindset to his role at Royal. He believes the best projects are built on trust, preparation, and strong relationships. His priority is to build a scalable Mission Critical division rooted in accountability, partnership, and operational excellence, supporting clients and general contractors in some of the most demanding construction environments in the industry.
Outside of work, Victor is a husband and father of five who values family, mentorship, and investing in the next generation of leaders.
