Working at Royal Electric Company since 1998, Dina started as a Project Manager and is now currently the President & CEO, as well as a partner, in the Company. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, and a Master of Business Administration from UC Davis. Dina has an array of expertise including leadership, marketing, sales, accounting and financial analysis, operations, human resources, and compliance and risk management.  She thrives on upholding the company vision which centers around people and relationships, as well as providing the resources and support for Royal employees to grow within the company and successfully deliver on client projects.

Dina’s passion besides building great projects and relationships with her team and clients at Royal, is to inspire young people towards careers in the construction industry. Her work and involvement in numerous industry organizations throughout the years, continues to help the construction industry grow and evolve:

Dina currently lives in a rural area outside of Sacramento with her husband and two kids. She loves to travel with her family to Europe, or in their RV to the coasts or mountains of California.
