This build-to-suit leased project involves the construction of an approximately 92,000 SF mixed-use pharmacy fulfillment center under a design-build platform between Jackson Construction and the University of California Davis Health. This state-of-the-art facility is outfitted with advanced medication inventory and distribution equipment designed to ensure the optimization of pharmaceuticals for inpatient and outpatient care. These include a conveyor belt system, negative air pressure clean rooms, a kidney dialysis center, offices, and storage areas. Royal Electric’s scope included site work as well as the installation of the building’s power system, specialty lighting, and low voltage systems.
