Kevin brings more than a decade of heavy civil construction experience, with expertise in roadway construction, utilities, structures, and alternative delivery projects. Throughout his career, he has advanced through a variety of leadership roles, including Project Manager, Chief Estimator, and Estimating Manager. This diverse background provides him with a comprehensive understanding of both project execution and strategic procurement planning, enabling him to effectively bridge operations, preconstruction, and executive leadership.

To support Royal’s long-term growth and strategic objectives, Kevin is passionate about developing people, strengthening relationships, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. He works closely with clients, partners and internal teams to identify project opportunities, evaluate opportunities and risks early in the project lifecycle, and apply Royal’s core business principles to support informed decision making and successful project outcomes.
