This project involved the reconstruction of Runway 17-35 and Taxiways P&R at Salt Lake City International Airport. Royal Electric’s scope of work included 600 LF of new 4W-4” directional bored ductbank, 780 LF of new 4W-4” ductbank in non-paved earth, 3 new 4’x4’x4’ handholes, modification to 125 existing handholes, 193 new runway centerline lights with transformers, 360 new runway TDZ lights and transformers, 84 new runway edge lights and transformers, 24 new threshold lights and transformers, 22 new improvement edge lights and transformers, 150 new taxiway bidirectional CTL lights with XFMR, 53 new unidirectional CTL lights with XFMR, removal and reinstallation of 23 MALSR lights, removal and reinstallation of 195T/W edge lights, removal and reinstallation of 68 cover plates, 138 new inpavement RGL with transformer, 26 new elevated runway guard lights with transformer, 1,165 new extension, 1,448 new spacer package, 14 new basecans, 13,270 LF of 5kV cable, 5,650 600v ground wire, 580 LF of new 2” conduit in asphalt or non-paved earth, 46 new TWY unidirectional CL lights, removal and reinstallation of 42 T/W edge lights, and removal and reinstallation of 26 cover plates.
