353 Main Street Family Apartments is a 125 unit project offering affordable studio, one and two bedroom units to families making 80% or less of the San Mateo County area median income. The seven story contemporary community complements the surrounding neighborhood with an interpretation of the traditional style. The development’s amenities include a second story resident deck with a play structure, a large community room, homework center with computers as well as fitness and laundry rooms. This is an environmentally sustainable project pursing USGBC LEED-H Silver certification.

Royal Electric Company’s scope of work involved installations of electrical systems, cable, telephone, data, lighting, design build two-way communication systems, access controls, CCTV, security system, WI-FI system, distributed antenna systems (DAS), design build fire alarm, and construction CCTV.
