Andrew McPhillips is a strategic finance executive with more than 20 years of experience leading finance and accounting organizations across the construction, mining, manufacturing, and other asset-intensive industries. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building high-performing teams, strengthening financial infrastructure, and partnering closely with operations to deliver meaningful business insights that improve decision-making and create long-term value.
Prior to his current role, Andrew served in executive finance leadership positions supporting privately held and private equity-backed organizations ranging from middle-market businesses to billion-dollar enterprises operating throughout North America. Andrew began his career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising both SEC registrants and privately held companies on financial reporting, internal controls, and complex accounting matters.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting, from Hillsdale College and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Colorado Society of CPAs.
