Chad Sarrie is a construction executive with over 30 years of experience in heavy civil and airfield construction. He began his career at age 18 as a laborer for a bridge and road building company in Arizona and advanced through the ranks to roles including grade checker, foreman, and superintendent, building a strong, hands-on foundation in field operations. 

After working as a Mass Grading Superintendent in Las Vegas, Chad returned to Arizona to start his own construction company, specializing in grading, underground utilities, septic systems, and small paving projects. This experience strengthened both his technical expertise and leadership skills. 

Since joining Royal Electric in 2008, Chad has led the delivery of complex infrastructure and airfield projects across the United States. He has contributed to major projects at San Francisco International Airport, Denver International Airport, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, and Salt Lake City International Airport, among others. Over time, he has developed a strong reputation as an expert in airfield electrical systems. 

Chad is known for his hands-on leadership style and commitment to supporting his teams in the field. He works closely with crews on challenging projects, emphasizing safety, accountability, and practical problem-solving to ensure successful project delivery.

Outside of work, Chad values time at home with his family and enjoys working on projects around the house. He is also passionate about team roping, reflecting his competitive nature, discipline, and appreciation for timing and teamwork, qualities that carry over into his leadership approach.
