Brad’s construction career began with an electrical apprenticeship in 1998 and he joined Royal Electric as a Journeyman Electrician shortly after completing ABC NorCal’s apprenticeship program in 2003. During the course of his first project at Rosemont High School in Sacramento, CA Brad was given the opportunity to install the site’s complete electrical distribution with the support of his foreman. Brad went on to lead his first project as the Electrical Foreman in 2006 and his career took off from there, receiving a promotions to Superintendent and later to General Superintendent. With Royal for nearly 20 years Brad feels fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on and support over 50 projects, from commercial and multifamily to industrial as well as airfield and underground work. His multifamily project experience is linked to 4,000+ residential units.
As General Superintendent Brad supports all of Royal’s superintendents and field teams performing residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Northern California. In much the same way that he exceled in his early career with the support of mentors, Brad focuses on teaching, growing, and developing the employees under his leadership. He has a passion for guiding electricians in their growth and elevating those that shine into leadership positions. Clients also appreciate Brad’s emphasis on relationship building. He listens to their needs and never shies from challenging situations and conversations, seeing them as an opportunity to collaborate and develop creative solutions that provide win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.
When Brad isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, hunting, hiking, and fishing.
“What I really enjoy about working for Royal is our awesome culture and team approach. Because we work in multiple markets, this provides our team with an infinite amount of combined knowledge and expertise. The collaboration, passion and dedication put into every project and relationship we build is incredible. A good family atmosphere and the promotion of growth from within are only a couple of key attributes to the strength of the Royal team.”
