Phase 2 & 3 - Completely Re-construct 10,300 foot Runway in 70 Consecutive Calendar Days with a fully Operational Runway and Taxiway Lighting System including Guidance Signs. Phase 4 - Installing 692 Runway Guard Lights with associated conduit and wire in existing PCC Taxiways.
