Royal Electric was chosen for their ability to lead the pack in designing and building this fast-track, up-scale apartment project. Specialized construction included 3 stories of wood framing over a post-tensioned concrete deck, all built on concrete piles driven into bay mud. Royal's project team worked closely with the Owner to incorporate many last minute design changes during the construction phase without impact to the project schedule.
