Challenges Faced During the Job and Royal’s Solution
Royal Electric Company was a major subcontractor on this project that required an extensive amount of preplanning of labor, equipment and material as the project timeline only included a 5 ½ month work period.

Daily Royal presented a work plan for that days and night shift, including concrete delivery schedule and drop off of any local material. To accomidated the fast paced schedule, the schedule would be modified on a daily basis to accommodate multiple trades working in the same areas.
