Market ManagerThis is a general management position with complete P&L responsibility for a market area including responsibility for marketing, estimating, project management and field operations. We are currently focus on and have managers for our existing market areas but as we continue to grow we are splitting some of these market areas geographically and are also actively adding additional market areas that fit synergistically with our existing operations and company culture. Royal Electric has a history of starting in new market areas and then becoming one of the top players in the industry. Airports, multifamily, directional drilling/underground services are all examples of market areas we started and then developed into one of the top three providers in the market. We have effectively done this because of our core operating, accounting and training systems that provide the necessary support to start and grow a new market. We also have a bonus compensation structure for this position that is tied to financial operating results for that market that can make this a very attractive position for the person with the right combination of skills, experience and industry contacts.
