Arioso Apartments

Arioso is a 201 unit upscale apartment project, located in Cupertino, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. The three stories of residential apartments were built on top of a concrete podium deck. Below the deck are retail shops and parking garages for the apartments. Our contract was approximately 1.1 M for the electrical work. This was a fast-track project, requiring up-front planning to coordinate the electrical work through the post-tension podium deck to the apartment units above.
